Order Processing
We process orders twenty four hours a day, seven days a week. Orders placed on major holidays are queued for processing the next business day. Shipments dispatch Monday - Friday. Prices and items are periodically subject to change. We reserve the right to correct typographical, descriptive and photographic errors. Orders based on incorrect information are subject to cancellation.
Shipping Schedule
There is no UPS Ground movement on the following U.S. holidays:

*Only major holidays (not subsequent days) affect our order packing, freight movement and tracking number notification.
Orders shipping into CA & TX will be charged sales tax unless we have received your sales permit via fax or email.
When Will My Order Ship?
Most orders ship in 2 - 4 business days, however, larger orders may take four days for ready shipment. Shipping origin Los Angeles, CA.
Shipping to the Continental United States

The Lovely Scent offers flat rate shipping rates (including insurance) to the Continental United States via UPS Ground Service.
Standard UPS Ground Delivery
UPS requires a physical address and does not deliver to PO Box addresses. A signature may be required for delivery.
NOTE: UPS does NOT include the pickup day, weekend days, or Holidays in calculating the time in transit. Delivery times are estimated only and not guaranteed. Holiday seasons may require additional time.
Please note that delivery in the Eastern States may take up to 14 calendar days to be received. If you haven't received your order after 14 days, please contact us, be sure to include your order number for prompt service.
Orders shipping UPS 2nd Day Air will be received in 3 - 4 business days including processing (excluding weekends and holidays). Please note that orders shipping to AZ, CA, NV & UT usually arrive in four business days (including processing) via standard UPS Ground service and choosing UPS 2nd Day Air may be an unnecessary expense.
UPS Delivery Tracking
It may take up to four business days to receive your tracking number. You will receive an automated shipping confirmation via email promptly after your tracking number becomes available. Please note that your tracking number will be valid, however, your package may take a few additional days to appear in the UPS system.

Canada Post is available for orders shipping to Canada. Rates include shipping, handling, duties and GST. Shipments dispatch weekly on Thursday. Orders must be received by Tuesday, 12:00 p.m. CST in order to ship the same week. Please allow three weeks for delivery. Orders sub-totalling under $99.99 will not calculate the correct shipping costs in the shopping cart; upon processing, your shipping charges will be adjusted to the correct rate as published in the rate table above.
