What if I want a catalog? Currently we have decided to go paperless and no longer produce a consumer catalog. This helps reduce environmental waste and pass along that savings to you! To remove wax you can freeze and wait until wax hardens and shrinks, then either it will slip out or you may have to use a knife to extract and then rinse with warm water to fully clean to be ready to recycle! We are required by law to collect sales tax for deliveries in California and Texas states. We will automatically calculate the tax rate according to the shipping address. How do I return an order? DO NOT RETURN DAMAGED MERCHANDISE, PLEASE READ DAMAGE CLAIMS FIRST. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping arrangements are the responsibility of the purchaser. A 20% restocking fee is charged on non-defective merchandise. To qualify for a refund the product must be unused and show no wear. Return the product in the original product box inside an adequate shipping box and include a copy of the packing slip. We must RECEIVE the package within 30 days from purchase date.
